Partners
Shivam Kumar Raheja
Shivam has experience in managing litigation and arbitration before various fora, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Appellate Law Tribunal. Shivam regular advises on domestic and international commercial arbitrations, commercial disputes and litigation strategies with a special focus on shareholder litigation, contractual disputes, tender matters, family settlements and employment related matters. Shivam advises companies and other entities on good corporate governance practices and various commercial agreements.
After having completed his LL.B. and LL.M. from Durham University, United Kingdom and University College London, respectively, Shivam was part of the dispute resolution team at Dua Associates for close to a decade.
Vishakha Gupta
Having had a practice spanning various areas of civil and commercial litigation, Vishakha focuses on aspects of litigation-mitigation as well resolution by providing industry specific strategic opinions.
Vishakha is accredited as an International Mediator by Straus Institute, Pepperdine University, California and indomestic Mediation by Maadhyam, International Council for Conflict Resolution and Delhi Dispute Resolution Society, Government of NCT of Delhi. She is involved in the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and is also a Steering Committee Member for Indian Women in International Arbitration. Vishakha spent the initial years of her practice with Arimus Law followed by working in the chambers of Mr. A.S. Chandhiok, Senior Advocate.
